ZERATI is a separate business that has no connection to Panerai, Rolex, or any other firm that sells watches. The logos and resemblance of watches are either registered or trademarks of Richemont SA or Rolex, SA, respectively. Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

ACCURACY

At the time of publishing, all product or product collection information was correct. The website’s product photographs and pictures are intentionally created to provide an accurate depiction of the final product. There are no flaws or discrepancies in the finished product finishes since all ZERATI straps are subject to strict quality control. We cannot, however, guarantee that the real color tone will seem different on your specific computer screen because different computer browsers and display technologies may differ.

GENERAL:

For any reason, ZERATI LLC disclaims all liability for any loss or damage to your wristwatch. At our Swiss production, Rubber B products go through several inspection stages before undergoing a final internal inspection and pairing procedure. It has been confirmed that the product you will receive is flawless and perfect. Every Rubber B strap has been precisely calibrated to install the intended watch with ease and simplicity. You most likely have the incorrect model for your watch if you have trouble attaching the strap. Get in touch with us right now to fix the problem. Please make sure that your straps are installed correctly or have an expert in watches or jewellery do it for you. A damaged strap will not be accepted by us.

Return/Exchange Policy Summary:

We accept Returns/Exchanges for unused products within Seven Business Days of delivery. To request, contact us in writing at info@zerati.ae . A $20.00 Return Fee per order covers credit card fees, shipping, and packaging losses but not shipping charges. Refunds, processed via the original payment method, exclude original shipping charges. For UAE orders with free Ground shipping, the Ground Shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.

Caution: Never refuse UPS/DHL/FEDEX delivery, as Return Service fees are high. Use an alternative, cost-effective return method with insurance to avoid customer responsibility for lost packages.

Unused condition (I): Products must be uncut, unworn, unbent, unaltered, undamaged, and unstained. Do not use products intended for return, or customers bear the shipping fee for returning used, modified, or damaged items.

Minus original shipping charges (II): Refund amount excludes original shipping charges paid by ZERATI.

*Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful importation to the destination country. Orders outside the UAE may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees, the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
